What We Collect

SteadyPace collects the following data to provide and improve our service:

• Account data: Your Apple ID identifier (used for authentication). We do not store your name or email unless you provide it.
• Onboarding responses: Your exercise goals, anxiety triggers, comfort levels, and preferences. This data is used to generate your personalized exercise plans.
• Session data: Pre-session check-in scores, post-session anxiety ratings, recovery times, and whether you used the "I feel it starting" button. This data drives plan adaptation and progress tracking.
• Usage data: Session completion, skips, and plan regenerations. No browsing or location data is collected.

How We Use Your Data

• Generate and adapt your personalized exercise plans via AI (Anthropic Claude)
• Track your progress and display comfort trends
• Generate voice narration for your sessions (ElevenLabs)
• Provide anonymized, aggregated social proof ("412 people completed a session this week")

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication. Your data is stored in Supabase's hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security.
• Anthropic: AI plan generation. Your onboarding profile and session history are sent to generate exercise plans. Anthropic does not retain this data for training.
• ElevenLabs: Voice narration. Session step instructions are sent to generate audio. No personally identifiable information is included.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management. Manages your subscription status and purchase history.
• Cloudflare: API hosting and audio file storage.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data through the App's settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your session history or request complete account deletion at any time through the App.

Children

SteadyPace is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

SteadyPace is a wellness tool, not a medical device, therapeutic intervention, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or condition. Nothing in the App or on this website constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have a diagnosed anxiety disorder, cardiac condition, or other health concern.

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.

SteadyPace is a product of Zero To Build LLC. All references to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Zero To Build LLC.
